Positive: location was okay, however, there was a party going on at main home and one could not find parking. Had to block entrance just to park vehicle and some individuals came after a while knocking on door in search of person who blocked them in.
Negative: Firstly, there was a cleaning fee of $80 and the place was not cleaned. There were bugs all over bathroom floor and kitchen areas. Secondly, there was a party at the main house and no parking was available at the facility. In addition, there is a camera installed on interior of cottage and who knows where else, so privacy concerns is a serious issue.
Summary: While the views are great, my short stay was not the best due invasion of privacy and no parking.

Positive: The property manager was great. My flight was extremely delayed and she went above and beyond to stay at the property until 11pm to make sure that I was properly checked in.
Negative: I wasn't at the property much. The counter top was a bit sticky but I'm guessing g it's because of the cleaning material that was used.

Positive: Location of this property is really nice, you need to cross the street once and you are at the beach! Hosts are happy to help with recommendations and excursions.
Negative: Everything in the house was extremely overused. Every thing was labeled to the count. I understand you run the business but we come here for vacation and it’s not a great experience seeing labels everywhere. Have you ever seen any hotels doing that? Please buy new cutting boards, cups, and towels. It’s so used it’s gross to offer it to your guests. I bet you won’t use it if it was your home. We stayed there for over 10 days - when we run low on toilet paper and paper towels they said they not going to provide us with anything. On top of that - all their excursions they offer are double or triple the actual price. It left a weird taste, money hungry and don’t even see ppl.
